Senior Marketing Specialist
Job Overview
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a (Hybrid) Senior Marketing Specialist to work at our Southlake, Texas; East Wichita, Kansas; Santa Rosa Beach, Florida or Eisenhour, Virginia office. The primary purpose of this position is to take marketing projects from concept to completion by designing original digital, traditional, photography and video marketing campaigns and collateral. This role will also craft unique branded materials, social media campaigns, digital ads (brand awareness and lead generation), as well as perform market research and campaign analysis.

- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and senior company leadership to define and implement innovative solutions for the company direction, visuals, and user experience, and produce a variety of high-quality visual media projects.
- Have a servant's heart to provide daily concierge-level customer service to our customers (Real Estate Agents) by helping them identify their marketing needs, craft strategic marketing plans, and helping them execute by coaching and connecting them to our tools and resources.
- Develop an understanding and promote the value and application of our resources, tools, and programs to our customers, both generally and in response to their specific marketing needs.
- Manage production of company videos and agent headshot photography - including brainstorming, storyboarding, creative script writing, planning and production, and final output.
- Organize and lead company marketing training, education, and events (both in-person and virtually)
- Execute all design and marketing projects from conception to delivery - including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, newsletters, signage, web banners, website, print & digital advertisements, white papers, publications, infographics, email announcements, presentations, promotional products.
- Measure Analyze and report monthly performance of company resources, tools & campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals to improve when necessary.
- Prepare marketing and recruiting strategies alongside other employees and senior company leadership.
- Work with marketing peers to establish consistent content themes.
- Monitor and Assist with Company Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Company Facebook Group)
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership alongside the marketing team to create unique and effective social media advertising for consumer brand awareness, recruiting and lead generation.
- Assist, troubleshoot and strategize with customers via phone, Help Desk, & email.
- Review others' work to ensure high quality.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Manage, organize, and maintain digital assets, including files, photos, videos, logos and art for company and agents utilizing marketing services, providing assets and support to stakeholders as necessary.
Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in marketing/graphic design.
- Proficient in design software and online design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
- Photography/videography & video editing skills are a strong advantage.
- Advanced Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and their advertising platforms (i.e., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, building and managing relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, online marketing, lead generation and measurement.
- Solid creative writing and communication skills (e.g., company communications, website & collateral copy)
- Must be able to work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines.
- Forward-thinking and team-oriented with the ability to educate and train others in use of technology.
- Extensive experience in taking solutions from idea to implementation.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, meeting tight deadlines and high expectations.
- Familiarity with real estate and its terminology is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will not supervise employees.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. This position offers a remote working environment as an option.
