The role will function as an Analyst, partnering with Accounting leadership and other business partners, to ensure business areas are processing activities in an optimal manner, identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency, eliminate duplication of effort, and assess appropriate balance of risk and control.  In addition, this position will establish operational objectives and work plans as well as apply knowledge of many disciplines including, business process analysis, performance benchmarking, change management, risk management/control and rationalization techniques all driving towards credit union improvement and delivery of the member experience.
