PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Mortgage Learning Partner/Trainer at our Phoenix, Arizona location.  The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the mortgage line of business (LOB) clients and to facilitate engaging training courses in the job-specific technical training and soft-skills areas. This individual will guide the learner using effective adult learning principles. Learning sessions will be facilitated using multiple delivery modalities.  In addition to facilitation, this role will contribute to the design and curation of learning content.  

PenFed is hiring a Retail Banker to work onsite at our Woodbridge, Virginia branch.  The primary purpose of this job is to extend member relationships by offering appropriate financial solutions and services to meet our members’ needs. The incumbent will also train to conduct cash transactions and will be asked to process transactions both accurately and efficiently as needed.  

PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Papillion, Nebraska service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.  

 

Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is May 11, 2026.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Quality Assurance and Operations Lead at our Tysons, Virginia location.  The primary purpose of this job is to ensure the Internal Audit (IA) function operates effectively, maintains conformance with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) professional standards, and delivers high quality reporting to stakeholders. The role will lead the Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program (QAIP) including IA Methodology oversight, preparation of governance reporting materials and IA operational support activities including systems, procedures and process support.
 
The role will partner with IA leadership and staff to drive consistency, transparency and continuous improvement and will lead and drive initiatives across these areas. The successful candidate will be proactive and possess strong organizational skills, collaboration skills, agility, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with senior stakeholders.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Home Lending Sales Support Analyst at our Phoenix, Arizona location. The Sr Home Lending Sales Support Analyst is a key partner in driving production performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Home Lending Sales team. This position supports both loan officers and leaders by analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and delivering actionable coaching that strengthen results. This role will also help perform projects assigned by management, assess and understand training programs or opportunities, and bridge market communications between secondary department and mortgage sales. In addition, this role serves as a subject matter expert during classroom training sessions—providing real-world context, technology guidance, and process insight to ensure learning connects directly to execution. The ideal candidate is confident, data-driven, and tech-savvy, with a passion for developing others and improving outcomes through both analysis and action.
