This position provides day-to-day support to operational teams while ensuring timely, accurate, consistent, and complaint credit decisions and loan fulfillment.

The Manager is accountable for team performance, operational efficiency, credit quality, risk management, service-level achievement, and continuous process improvement. This role partners closely with Sales, Policy and Decision Science, Compliance, Risk, Finance, IT and dealer/originating partners to support business objectives while maintaining appropriate credit and operational controls.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a Director, PenFed Home Lead Channel to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona location.  The Director, PenFed Home Lead Channel will own the performance of the PenFed Home lead channel for PenFed Realty and serve as the primary liaison between PenFed Realty and PenFed Mortgage. This individual will be accountable for the placement of PenFed-generated real estate leads with PenFed Realty agents and with brokers and agents in the PenFed Realty referral network, and for driving lead placement, conversion, and mortgage attachment rates. The Director will oversee lead nurturing and agent follow-up to ensure every buyer receives a strong Very Important Buyer (VIB) experience, and will manage performance standards for the referral network in partnership with the PenFed Realty Business Development team. Working closely with PenFed Home, Marketing, Technology, Business Development, and the PenFed Relationship Manager team, the Director will influence lead generation programs, optimize the CRM and nurture campaigns, and serve as a thought leader for applying agentic AI and business intelligence to improve lead capture, operational efficiency, and channel performance. PenFed is hiring a Bilingual Recovery Specialist to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas Service Center.  This role is responsible for the comprehensive management and recovery of charged-off consumer loans and accounts, requiring a strong combination of analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. The specialist will work within both manual and automated collection environments, employing analytical and negotiation skills to maximize recovery on each account. This includes initiating follow-up activities, maintaining meticulous records, and utilizing various communication methods to resolve outstanding debts. A critical aspect of this role involves determining reasons for delinquency and offering appropriate repayment plans, including paid-in-full and settlement options, in accordance with established PenFed procedures.

PenFed is hiring a Sr. Manager, Collections Strategy to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas Service Center.  The Senior Manager of Collection Strategy provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s collection and recovery capabilities, with responsibility for optimizing decision strategies, technology, reporting, workforce effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. The position oversees the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end collection and post-charge-off recovery approaches, including risk segmentation, contact strategies, digital communications, settlement structures, legal and third-party placements, and supporting platforms such as FICO Decision Modeler and PenCollect. Through rigorous analysis of performance, forecasting, cost-to-collect, call-volume, and portfolio data, the role delivers actionable insights to senior leadership and ensures the accuracy and integrity of management reporting. The position also partners across leadership, Human Resources, Workforce Management, technology teams, vendors, collection agencies, and debt buyers to strengthen controls, improve resource allocation, resolve operational issues, enhance member engagement, and achieve sustainable delinquency and loss-management outcomes.

PenFed is hiring a Teller to work onsite at our Pentagon Financial Center located in Arlington, Virginia. The primary purpose of this job is to assist with members service needs in form of selling of products, completing teller transactions, accurate balancing and performing additional operational duties.  This position can also assist in the training of other branch employees.  This position will play a vital role in delivering Best in Class Member Experience.  The incumbent will work directly with the Branch Service Representative (BSR) sales team utilizing sales techniques to uncover member needs while creating a positive member experience.

This PenFed Financial Center is located within the Pentagon, located at Pentagon, Concourse Level, Arlington, VA 20301.  A requirement for this position is the ability to obtain a badge issued by the Department of War to have full building access.  Although not a PenFed policy/requirement, the Department of War’s policy, as has been communicated to PenFed, is that non-U.S. citizens and/or non-permanent residents are not eligible for badge access at the Pentagon building.
