PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Eugene, Oregon service center.  The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring. 

Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Business Controls Testing Analyst II at our San Antonio, Texas service center.  The incumbent of this role will be responsible for executing software testing for PenFed’s programs and/or systems that support product performance and business operations. Plans, creates and executes tests for release cycles. Reports defect during the testing, troubleshooting and analysis cycle that will result in quality testing. Works in a collaboration with internal and external partners to delivery timely feedback and ensure quality product and systems’ performance. May perform regression testing and/or compliance review testing of processes affected by system enhancements and program releases. Ensures all activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

PenFed is hiring a Retail Banker to work onsite at our Harker Heights, Texas branch. The primary purpose of this job is to extend member relationships by offering appropriate financial solutions and services to meet our members’ needs. The incumbent will also train to conduct cash transactions and will be asked to process transactions both accurately and efficiently as needed.  

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Home Lending Processor I at our Phoenix, Arizona location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide detailed guidance and advice in order to fulfill all loan qualification requirements in a compliant manner while ensuring exceptional member service by on going communication to members and business partners. The incumbent is responsible for evaluating and validating all information provided on the residential loan application and communicating to members any additional requirements.  This position will serve as the members’ and real estate agents’ primary point of contact throughout the real estate transation.
