PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Director, Consumer Credit Card Strategy at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end development and implementation of credit strategy/policy and conduct credit risk monitoring & analytics for Credit Card and Deposits Overdraft products.

This position will contribute to setting up strategic goal / credit agenda and managing a team of managers & analysts. This position plays a critical role in enhancing credit risk strategy and management ecosystem to enable sustainable and resilient Credit Card business growth, including achieving business goal within risk appetite, optimizing targeting & acquisition credit strategy, mitigate credit abuse and portfolio risk, enhance lending program economics, and support member retention / engagement.

The incumbent will partner closely with Consumer Lending product team and other key stakeholders across Consumer Banking and Enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the inherent risk and performance drivers of Credit Card / Overdraft business as well as direct experience in developing credit policy/strategy. PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Reporting Manager, Member Tax & Unclaimed Property at our Eugene, Oregon or Alexandria, Virginia service center. This role supports the management of PenFed’s information reporting to members, beneficiaries, state and federal government agencies. Key responsibilities include year-end tax reporting; escheatment/unclaimed property reporting; Puerto Rico year-end tax reporting; reporting and remitting required withholding payments; reconciling withholding accounts (federal, state, Puerto Rico, etc.); and supporting the Senior Manager in reviewing compliance procedures (including examinations), recommending improvements, and implementing process enhancements using AI and automation technologies.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Loyalty Operations & Controls Specialist at our Tysons, Virginia location.  The Sr Operations & Controls Specialist will play a critical role in establishing and managing the operational infrastructure, control environment, and risk management framework for the enterprise-wide PenFed Member Rewards program (PMR). This position will help ensure that loyalty operations—including points issuance and redemption, partner integrations, and member servicing—are executed accurately, comply with regulatory expectations, and align with the institution’s risk appetite. The incumbent will partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, and external partners to design and operate a resilient, scalable, and trusted loyalty platform and member experience.
