PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Manager Decision Management at our Tysons, Virginia location.  The primary purpose of this job is to manage both an internal team and external resources managing PenFed’s Decision Management rules, architecture and design, with a focus on speed of change, and reusability, reliability and transparency of rules and design. This is a highly technical role, and the incumbent will demonstrate expert level rules development and a high competence in design development. This position will collaborate closely with the Consumer Banking Technology Office, Enterprise Data, and Lending Policy and Analytics in managing development and maintenance of Consumer Banking rules in alignment with the credit policy, collections policy and other areas of decisioning, oversee credit data inputs from vendors, and support the decisioning environment.
