PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.  

Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is March 09, 2026.

Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm with one Saturday a month

This role ensures that member protection and value-added products, such as GAP, Vehicle Protection Plans, Credit Protection, and similar offerings deliver strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member value.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Fraud Specialist at our Alexandria, Virginia service center.  The primary responsibility of a Fraud Specialist will be to complete all the necessary forms and paperwork involving fraud claims/notifications and work fraud alerts requiring research.  Duties also include receiving incoming calls from members, fraud victims and internal PenFed employees, and taking action to resolve issues and requests for assistance.

PenFed is hiring a (Remote) Sr Manager, OneStream associated with our Tysons, Virginia location.  The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing the Company’s EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) system (OneStream). It will have a blend of both functional and technical knowledge of the CPM solution and be primarily responsible for overseeing full post-implementation administration of the application. The individual in this role must be an organized, effective communicator who can build strong relationships, and will collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and offer insight, identifying opportunities and delivering effective solutions. In this role, you will partner with management to provide high-impact analysis that translates expense trends into executive-level narratives that drive bottom-line improvements, enhancing the value we provide our members. In addition, the Sr Expense Analyst will focus on scalability by leveraging automation tools to streamline recurring reporting, allowing more time for deep-dive analysis. The Sr Expense Analyst is self-starter who is not only analytically strong but a confident communicator capable of transforming complex data into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
