The primary purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end development and implementation of credit strategy/policy and conduct credit risk monitoring & analytics for Credit Card and Deposits Overdraft products.

Key responsibilities include year-end tax reporting; escheatment/unclaimed property reporting; Puerto Rico year-end tax reporting; reporting and remitting required withholding payments; reconciling withholding accounts (federal, state, Puerto Rico, etc.); and supporting the Senior Manager in reviewing compliance procedures (including examinations), recommending improvements, and implementing process enhancements using AI and automation technologies.
