PenFed is hiring a (Remote) Jack Henry Sr. System Administrator, Commercial Real Estate. The primary purpose of this job is to perform configurations, maintenance, and implement specific tasks on applications supporting PenFed Commercial Real Estate (CRE) applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, systems analysis, solution design, standards-based implementation, systems/data integration support, system configuration, and technical support.

 

As a Senior CRE System Administrator this role requires ability to interact with business and other IT stakeholders, assess vendor/application capabilities, recommend efficient solutions, be responsible for delivery, and release management.  This position requires in-depth knowledge of Jack Henry eco system of products (including but not limited to LoanVantage, Synergy, Cognos, and Silverlake), knowledge of ARGUS, Costar, CRE origination workflows, and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow. Knowledge of RealInsight is a plus but not required. Additional functions of role include oversight of data integrity reporting, management of initiatives to improve CRE Technology landscape, participation in projects to provide support from a system functionality and efficiency perspective, and general system support and analysis.

PenFed is hiring a (Remote) Engineer III, Hogan Applications associated with our Papillion, Omaha or Tysons, Virginia location.  The primary purpose of this role is to lead technical analysis, design, and implementation of Hogan application enhancements and production fixes in a mission-critical core banking environment.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) AVP Credit Card Acquisitions at our Tysons, Virginia; Eugene, Oregon; Omaha, Nebraska or San Antonio, Texas location. The incumbent of this role will be accountable for driving new credit card acquisitions across all channels, including Direct Mail, Digital, Financial and Contact Centers, and Partnerships. The role owns the acquisition strategy and delivery against ambitious growth targets, ensuring disciplined economics and scalable execution. The role collaborates closely with Credit Policy, Marketing, BI/Analytics teams and other partners including underwriting, finance, channel leadership, and technology to optimize acquisition and targeting strategies, improve conversion and drive sustained portfolio growth. This position will maintain strong relationships across consumer bank products, Compliance, Legal, IT, Fraud, and Card Operations to drive success of the high growth consumer business. Primary KPIs include new card acquisitions, channel-level conversion rates, CPA, and overall acquisition economics.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) VP Consumer Lending Product Strategy at our Tysons, Virginia; San Antonio, Texas or Irving, Texas location. The VP of Consumer Lending Product Strategy leads product strategy, market positioning, and the growth strategy/roadmap for PenFed’s closed-end consumer lending products and channels, including Auto Lending, Unsecured Personal Loans, and Student Loans. The role identifies market opportunities, defines product-market fit, and drives product-led growth from concept through scale. This leader is accountable for portfolio performance across pricing strategy, digital lending experiences, and portfolio analytics to ensure execution aligns with PenFed’s financial objectives, risk appetite, and member value goals.

 

The VP serves as the business owner for the Consumer Lending portfolio of products with full P&L accountability and responsibility for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and innovation across closed-end consumer loans. This individual leads a cross-functional organization spanning Product Strategy, Digital Product Management, and Pricing & Analytics, collaborating closely with Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Marketing leadership to deliver cohesive, member-centric lending experience. The role is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes, including growth in originations and balances, improved conversion, optimized risk-adjusted returns, faster cycle times, increased digital adoption, and reduced cost-to-originate.

 

The ideal candidate is a visionary and data-driven leader who blends strategic thinking with executional excellence, leveraging advanced analytics and digital capabilities to evolve PenFed’s consumer lending ecosystem.

PenFed is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Fort Hood, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the members’ financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.

 

Starting salary for this role will range from $20.90 and $24.20 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is June 22nd, 2026.
