The Director of Dealer Partner Product Strategy is a senior leadership role within the Consumer Lending Division, responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving financial performance, and advancing the growth of PenFed’s Auto Dealer Lending portfolio. This position owns the go-to-market strategy for all dealer-based auto lending channels and is accountable for delivering profitable growth, maintaining portfolio health, and enhancing the member experience across the full lending lifecycle.
As the business owner for Auto Dealer Lending, the Director partners closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Marketing to develop and execute strategies that balance growth, risk, and service excellence. This role also serves as the primary liaison to executive leadership, representing the Auto Lending business in strategic forums and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, product and financial acumen, leadership capability, and enterprise influence.
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Card Dispute Specialist at our Omaha, Nebraska Service Center. The incumbent must be proficient with the efficient review and accurate processing of credit, debit and ATM card transaction disputes and pre-arbitration chargebacks. They must also be proficient with working in PenFed’s case management CRM (Salesforce) and Fiserv’s First Disputes, EASE and STAR Station exception case management applications. The incumbent will maintain a daily card transaction dispute case log while performing other duties as assigned. Other duties will include but are not limited to getting a second opinion on complex and/or high dollar dispute cases, provide coverage for coworkers who are out of the office as well as assisting with card dispute case inquiries and escalations.

The primary purpose of this position is to collect obligations owed to the credit union from past due members by contacting and counseling them about their delinquent and otherwise defaulted obligations, securing payment(s), payment arrangement(s) and maintaining related written and digital records while following all related policies, procedures and regulations.

PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Eugene, Oregon Service Center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.
The expected start date for this position is October 12th, 2026.
