The primary purpose of this job is to implement and administer all aspects of PenFed’s Compliance Management System for assigned products and services. The incumbent monitors operational programs for compliance within regulatory requirements. This position adheres to rules that govern operations and product offerings, provides compliance guidance to project teams, and assists the Office of General Counsel with compliance research.

The Manager, Corporate Security, is responsible for managing and implementing PenFed’s Corporate Security program within an assigned region. The position serves as the primary security officer for region-based physical security systems, ensuring protection of financial center and service centers locations in high impact/high visibility areas.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.
