Sr Director Pricing & Product Analytics
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Director Pricing & Product Analytics at our Tysons, Virginia; Dallas, Texas or San Antonio, Texas location. PenFed is seeking a Senior Director of Pricing & Product Analytics to drive pricing strategy, product performance insights, and portfolio optimization across the Auto Lending and Unsecured Lending businesses (including Personal Loans, Student Loans, and Overdraft Lines of Credit). The incumbent will be responsible for leading pricing and product analytics, developing data-driven recommendations, and providing executive-ready insights that influence business strategy. The role requires deep expertise in consumer lending economics, pricing optimization tools, and analytical storytelling to support sustainable growth, risk-adjusted returns, and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate has proven experience partnering with Product, Risk, Decision Science, and Finance teams, while leading a small team of analysts in delivering high-quality insights and reporting.
Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst
PenFed is hiring a Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst to work onsite at our Omaha, Nebraska service center. The primary purpose of the Credit Bureau Reporting Analyst is to identify and resolve anomalies in the reporting that do not meet the Metro II Standards as well as prepare and analyze monthly reports on Credit Bureau data.
Sr Data Scientist, NPV Modeling
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Data Scientist - NPV Modeling at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this job will be to develop, maintain, and enhance Auto or Personal Loan Net Present Value (NPV) calculator using predictive models and analytics solutions that enhance our understanding of lifetime value. This role will also support the official, first-line loss forecast for Auto portfolio. This role will work closely with both the consumer credit policy team and the credit risk management teams which will use the models to support credit decisioning, pricing, engagement and other business strategies for millions of PenFed members, positively impacting PenFed's financial performance.
Sr Manager, Decision Management
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Manager, Decision Management at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this job is to manage both an internal team and external resources managing PenFed’s Decision Management rules, architecture and design, with a focus on speed of change, and reusability, reliability and transparency of rules and design. This is a highly technical role, and the incumbent will demonstrate expert level rules development and a high competence in design development. This position will collaborate closely with the Consumer Banking Technology Office, Enterprise Data, and Lending Policy and Analytics in managing development and maintenance of Consumer Banking rules in alignment with the credit policy, collections policy and other areas of decisioning, oversee credit data inputs from vendors, and support the decisioning environment.
Sr Manager, Domain Architect & Process Orchestration
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Manager, Domain Architect & Process Orchestration at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this job is to manage both internal and external resources managing PenFed’s Process Intelligence and Orchestration in the decision management space, architecture and design, with a focus on speed of change, and reusability, reliability and transparency in workflow, process, data consumption and management of 3rd party data providers. This is a highly technical role, and the incumbent will demonstrate expert level process orchestration with appropriate intelligent feedback loops to product owners and a high competence in design development. This position will collaborate closely with the Consumer Banking Technology Office, Enterprise Data, and Lending Policy and Analytics in managing development and maintenance of Consumer Banking objectives in alignment with the credit policy, collections policy and other areas of decisioning, oversee credit data inputs from vendors, and support the decisioning environment.
