Senior Manager - Aftermarket Product Sales

The Sr Manager of Ancillary Product Strategy & Performance is responsible for developing and executing the strategic roadmap for PenFed’s ancillary product portfolio across all Consumer Lending channels, including Auto and Unsecured Lending. This role ensures that member protection and value-added products, such as GAP, Vehicle Protection Plans, Credit Protection, and similar offerings deliver strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional member value.
Manager, Consumer Lending Policy & Risk Analytics

The primary focus of this job is to manage credit analysis to drive sustainable growth in consumer credit policy and conduct credit risk monitoring to ensure policy performance. AVP Credit Card Acquisitions

The incumbent of this role will be accountable for driving new credit card acquisitions across all channels, including Direct Mail, Digital, Financial and Contact Centers, and Partnerships. The role owns the acquisition strategy and delivery against ambitious growth targets, ensuring disciplined economics and scalable execution. The role collaborates closely with Credit Policy, Marketing, BI/Analytics teams and other partners including underwriting, finance, channel leadership, and technology to optimize acquisition and targeting strategies, improve conversion and drive sustained portfolio growth. Sr Director, Consumer Credit Card Strategy

The primary purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end development and implementation of credit strategy/policy and conduct credit risk monitoring & analytics for Credit Card and Deposits Overdraft products.

Data Governance Analyst
PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Data Governance Analyst at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide analytical and system support services to PenFed’s Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) program. The incumbent will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for the company’s data governance tools and will perform complex data and system analyses required to support and enhance data governance tools and processes. The results of analyses performed will be used to enhance existing capabilities, address and monitor data governance issues, and evaluate new functionality making the governance of data more efficient In addition, this role tracks and monitors enhancement and incident requests reported to the vendor and regularly interacts with Data Management, Data Owners, and Data Stewards throughout the company.
Director, Enterprise Data Governance

This leader will report to the AVP of Enterprise Risk Management, responsible for enhancing and monitoring enterprise data governance policies and standards, ensuring data risk is effectively managed across the firm and collaborating closely with the Chief Data & Analytics Office and business units to improve PenFed’s data maturity. This individual will play a key role in performing independent review of first line risk and control assessment of PenFed’s data management activities. The position will support the Enterprise Risk Management Committee proceedings and create reports and recommendations for PenFed Board of Directors’ consumption, as well as all regulatory requests.

PenFed is hiring a (Remote) Analyst, Finance Risk Office associated with our Tysons, Virginia location. The Analyst, Finance Risk Office performs support functions for First Line CFO-owned risk management processes, assessments, audits, regulatory exams and various 2nd line risk initiatives.
**This role must be located in the East Coast.**
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $45,400 - $83,857
This position is eligible for the organization’s annual Balanced Scorecard bonus subject to board discretion and approval.
