Customer Service Representative
PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our San Antonio, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.
Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is April 27th, 2026.
Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 7:00 pm plus One Saturday per month 8:30am to 5pm

PenFed is hiring an Assistant Manager, Financial Center to work onsite at our Honolulu, Hawaii branch. The primary purpose of this job is to support the leadership management of the Financial Center Manager. The incumbent will provide teammate oversight through both coaching and the development of teammates. In addition, this position will provide co-leadership in achieving the Financial Center goals around sales productivity, member experience, and operational soundness.

The primary purpose of this job is to extend member relationships by offering appropriate financial solutions and services to meet our members’ needs. The incumbent will also train to conduct cash transactions and will be asked to process transactions both accurately and efficiently as needed.
This PenFed Financial Center is located within the Pentagon, located at Pentagon, Concourse Level, Arlington, VA 20301. A requirement for this position is the ability to obtain a badge issued by the Department of War to have full building access. Although not a PenFed policy/requirement, the Department of War’s policy, as has been communicated to PenFed, is that non-U.S. citizens and/or non-permanent residents are not eligible for badge access at the Pentagon building.

The primary purpose of this job is to assist with members service needs in form of selling of products, completing teller transactions, accurate balancing and performing additional operational duties. This position can also assist in the training of other branch employees. This position will play a vital role in delivering Best in Class Member Experience. The incumbent will work directly with the Branch Service Representative (BSR) sales team utilizing sales techniques to uncover member needs while creating a positive member experience.

Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is May 11, 2026.

PenFed is hiring a SalesForce Administrator - Collections & Servicing to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas service center. The Salesforce Administrator – Collections & Servicing will be part of a highly diverse team of business and tech-savvy individuals who support operational teams by improving, maintaining, and monitoring the software they use. This role involves ensuring stability, integrity, and efficiency of software applications across various environments that interact with our primary Salesforce platform. A day in the life of a Salesforce Administrator – Collections & Servicing might include addressing inquiries from end users related to issues or questions about Salesforce, meeting with stakeholders to define requirements for an upcoming system enhancement, leading user acceptance testing for the next release, or demoing a new feature to end users. An admin will have a strong consumer collections and/or loan servicing background, a thorough understanding of Salesforce, and the collaborative skills necessary to partner with various internal and external teams to configure, monitor, troubleshoot and deliver meaningful change.
