Customer Service Representative
PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Eugene, Oregon service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.
Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience.

The primary purpose of this job is to manage a Financial Center team of less than ten (10) full time employees or manage a single Financial Center. This position will develop are financial center team(s) to provide an exceptional member experience, understand the needs of our members, and ensure members are introduced to and provided with the most appropriate solution to improve their financial lives. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and overall management of the Financial Center.

This position will provide an exceptional member experience, understand the needs of our members, and ensure members are introduced to and provided with the most appropriate solution to improve their financial lives. The Financial Center Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance and overall management of the Financial Center.

Shift being offered is Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Assistant Manager, Financial Center
PenFed is hiring an Assistant Manager, Financial Center to work onsite at our Cibolo, Texas branch. The primary purpose of this job is to support the leadership management of the Financial Center Manager. The incumbent will provide teammate oversight through both coaching and the development of teammates. In addition, this position will provide co-leadership in achieving the Financial Center goals around sales productivity, member experience, and operational soundness.

Salesforce Administrator- Collections & Servicing
PenFed is hiring a Collections & Servicing Platform Administrator to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas; Omaha, Nebraska or Tysons, Virginia location. The System Administrator will oversee and maintain the department’s software systems crucial to operations. This role involves ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of software applications and platforms across various environments. The role will have a strong collections and/or consumer loan servicing background, a thorough understanding of the software system and will work closely with Information Technology, Business Analysts, and Product team members to test, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot.
