PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Leads Management Analyst at our San Antonio, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona location. The Analyst, Leads Management, will assist with the implementation of leads management campaigns to optimize mortgage and home equity loan production. This individual will assist in building and optimizing a mortgage lead workflow through Velocify that integrates with key platforms to ensure that leads are distributed, dispositioned, and prioritized accordingly. The role will support department work with operational teams and assist in providing requirements, prioritizing efforts, and project delivery. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring. The expected start date for this position is September 14th, 2026.
