PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Mortgage Servicing Escrow Administrator at our San Antonio, Texas or Irving, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this job is to administer escrow account functions for PenFed First Mortgage and Equity loan products. Responsibilities of this position include the performance of all functions related to timely and accurate servicing of all aspects of members escrow account, including contact with members if and when required to fulfill escrow functions. Responsible for transactional processing, compliance adherence, and workflow completion for all aspects of escrow administration including but not limited to initial and periodic escrow analysis, tax line creation and payment fulfillment and insurance line creation and payment fulfillment.
PenFed is hiring a (Remote) Jack Henry Sr. System Administrator, Commercial Real Estate. The primary purpose of this job is to perform configurations, maintenance, and implement specific tasks on applications supporting PenFed Commercial Real Estate (CRE) applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, systems analysis, solution design, standards-based implementation, systems/data integration support, system configuration, and technical support. As a Senior CRE System Administrator this role requires ability to interact with business and other IT stakeholders, assess vendor/application capabilities, recommend efficient solutions, be responsible for delivery, and release management. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Jack Henry eco system of products (including but not limited to LoanVantage, Synergy, Cognos, and Silverlake), knowledge of ARGUS, Costar, CRE origination workflows, and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow. Knowledge of RealInsight is a plus but not required. Additional functions of role include oversight of data integrity reporting, management of initiatives to improve CRE Technology landscape, participation in projects to provide support from a system functionality and efficiency perspective, and general system support and analysis. **This role can be located anywhere in the United States**The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $60,000 to $114,631This position is eligible for the organization s annual Balanced Scorecard bonus subject to board discretion and approval This position is also eligible for the opportunity for an annual Pay for Performance bonus
PenFed is hiring a SalesForce Administrator - Collections & Servicing to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas service center. The Salesforce Administrator Collections & Servicing will be part of a highly diverse team of business and tech-savvy individuals who support operational teams by improving, maintaining, and monitoring the software they use. This role involves ensuring stability, integrity, and efficiency of software applications across various environments that interact with our primary Salesforce platform. A day in the life of a Salesforce Administrator Collections & Servicing might include addressing inquiries from end users related to issues or questions about Salesforce, meeting with stakeholders to define requirements for an upcoming system enhancement, leading user acceptance testing for the next release, or demoing a new feature to end users. An admin will have a strong consumer collections and/or loan servicing background, a thorough understanding of Salesforce, and the collaborative skills necessary to partner with various internal and external teams to configure, monitor, troubleshoot and deliver meaningful change.
PenFed is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Fort Hood, Texas service center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the members financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring. Starting salary for this role will range from $20.90 and $24.20 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is June 22nd, 2026.
