The primary purpose of this job is to administer escrow account functions for PenFed First Mortgage and Equity loan products. Responsibilities of this position include the performance of all functions related to timely and accurate servicing of all aspects of members escrow account, including contact with members if and when required to fulfill escrow functions. Responsible for transactional processing, compliance adherence, and workflow completion for all aspects of escrow administration including but not limited to initial and periodic escrow analysis, tax line creation and payment fulfillment and insurance line creation and payment fulfillment.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Leads Management Analyst at our San Antonio, Texas or Phoenix, Arizona location. The Analyst, Leads Management, will assist with the implementation of leads management campaigns to optimize mortgage and home equity loan production. This individual will assist in building and optimizing a mortgage lead workflow through Velocify that integrates with key platforms to ensure that leads are distributed, dispositioned, and prioritized accordingly. The role will support department work with operational teams and assist in providing requirements, prioritizing efforts, and project delivery. This individual will also work closely in department management to develop metrics, create reports, optimize lead campaigns, and provide necessary tools to the loan officers to maximize performance.

The primary purpose of this job is to perform configurations, maintenance, and implement specific tasks on applications supporting PenFed Commercial Real Estate (CRE) applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, systems analysis, solution design, standards-based implementation, systems/data integration support, system configuration, and technical support. As a Senior CRE System Administrator this role requires ability to interact with business and other IT stakeholders, assess vendor/application capabilities, recommend efficient solutions, be responsible for delivery, and release management. This position requires in-depth knowledge of Jack Henry eco system of products (including but not limited to LoanVantage, Synergy, Cognos, and Silverlake), knowledge of ARGUS, Costar, CRE origination workflows, and the job functions of all operational roles that participate in that workflow. The primary purpose of this role is to provide day‑to‑day operational leadership and execution support across assigned Mortgage Servicing functions. The Assistant Vice President (AVP) is responsible for ensuring operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, risk discipline, and service quality within a defined functional scope, while executing strategies established by VP and SVP leadership. The role partners closely with senior leadership, Business Controls, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to execute strategy, maintain audit and examination readiness, and drive continuous improvement. This position manages teams, implements standardized processes, monitors performance metrics, and supports required controls in accordance with federal, state, investor, and GSE requirements. PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our San Antonio, Texas Service Center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring. Starting rates will range from $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on education and relevant work experience. The expected start date for this position is July 20th, 2026.
