The Home Retention Specialist will be responsible for daily mortgage collection efforts. Specialists will communicate with members in pursuit of delinquency alternatives. While ensuring the highest level of customer service, duties will include; maintaining regular account follow-ups for both hardship resolutions and/or payments of outstanding mortgage balances.

The primary purpose of this role will be to drive the strategy of the unit and ensure corporate strategic initiatives are supported, and that processes are aligned with division targets in an efficient and effective manner. The role will also provide oversight and management of entire consumer charge-off portfolio including debt sales, 3rd party assignment of charged off loans and in-house charge-off recovery activity. The incumbent will oversee the day-to-day operational process of the recovery unit within Collections.

The primary purpose of this position is to administer PenFed s Voice of the Member (VOM) program, which aggregates member feedback across several channels and incorporates emerging feedback into comprehensive, actionable insights that are consumable by C-suite and senior leaders, as well as Product Management and Member Service teams. As part of VOM, this position will also support PenFed s Member Survey and Member Relationship Management programs.

The Analyst, Leads Management, will assist with the implementation of leads management campaigns to optimize mortgage and home equity loan production. This individual will assist in building and optimizing a mortgage lead workflow through Velocify that integrates with key platforms to ensure that leads are distributed, dispositioned, and prioritized accordingly. The role will support department work with operational teams and assist in providing requirements, prioritizing efforts, and project delivery. This individual will also work closely in department management to develop metrics, create reports, optimize lead campaigns, and provide necessary tools to the loan officers to maximize performance.
