The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance.  This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member’s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily.  The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring.   

The expected start date for this position is September 14th, 2026.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Manager, Voice of the Member Insights at our San Antonio, Texas; Omaha, Nebraska; Eugene, Oregon or Tysons, Virginia location.  The primary purpose of this position is to administer PenFed’s Voice of the Member (VOM) program, which aggregates member feedback across several channels and incorporates emerging feedback into comprehensive, actionable insights that are consumable by C-suite and senior leaders, as well as Product Management and Member Service teams. Contact members in an effort to resolve loans in an active repossession. All interactions and activity will be maintained in the system of record while following all related policies, procedures and regulations.  

PenFed is hiring a Credit Bureau Specialist to work onsite at our Omaha, Nebraska Service Center.  The primary purpose of the Credit Bureau Specialist role is to investigate and respond to credit bureau disputes while maintaining compliance and accuracy. The incumbent will ensure compliance and balance with standard credit bureau reporting.
