PenFed is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our Papillion, Nebraska or Omaha, Nebraska Service Center. The primary purpose of this position is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls, providing basic account and product information while performing account transactions and maintenance. This position will also be responsible for educating members on a wide variety of products and services and making recommendations for the member s financial needs. This is a fast-paced call center environment which requires the incumbent to take a high volume of calls daily. The incumbent must successfully complete the member service training program including on-the-job training and call monitoring. The expected start date for this position is July 20th, 2026.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Card Dispute Specialist at our Omaha, Nebraska location. The incumbent must be proficient with the efficient review and accurate processing of credit, debit and ATM card transaction disputes and pre-arbitration chargebacks. They must also be proficient with working in PenFed s case management CRM (Salesforce) and Fiserv s First Disputes, EASE and STAR Station exception case management applications. The incumbent will maintain a daily card transaction dispute case log while performing other duties as assigned. Other duties will include but are not limited to getting a second opinion on complex and/or high dollar dispute cases, provide coverage for coworkers who are out of the office as well as assisting with card dispute case inquiries and escalations.
