The primary purpose of this job is to ensure continual branch growth through the implementation of unique marketing and business development strategies as well as build the foundation for strong business relationships through the recruitment, training and oversight of independent contractor real estate agents. This position will oversee the continued success of the branch by ensuring compliance with local, state & national rules/regulations, as well as open communication with a team of Compliance Specialists.

The primary purpose of this job is to support our Real Estate Sales office. This position will provide operational, and administrative support to the Branch Manager and Sales Professionals of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty.
