PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Home Lending Processor I at our Jacksonville, Florida location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide detailed guidance and advice in order to fulfill all loan qualification requirements in a compliant manner while ensuring exceptional member service by on going communication to members and business partners. The incumbent is responsible for evaluating and validating all information provided on the residential loan application and communicating to members any additional requirements. This position will serve as the members and real estate agents primary point of contact throughout the real estate transation.

The primary purpose of this job is to be a multi-disciplinary marketer, moving fluidly between design, strategy, and execution to support our company and our customers (Real Estate Agents). The incumbent should be able to design "scroll-stopping" digital content or crafting a social media campaign with an influencer mindset; and editing short-form video content, exploring AI tools for innovation, or curating high-impact communications for our internal network. The incumbent should have an impeccable eye for visual design and a strong command of social media. Beyond these core skills, the incumbent will possess a passion or aptitude for our key growth areas: video storytelling (creating engaging short-form content), web content strategy (managing our intranet and blog resources), or digital communications (crafting newsletters and email campaigns). We will leverage their unique strengths to help drive our collective success. This role will strengthen our brand reputation through high-caliber visuals, engaging content, and strategic insights.
