Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is seeking a (Hybrid) Real Estate Video Marketing Specialist based within a commutable distance to our Niceville or Santa Rosa Beach, Florida offices. The primary purpose of this job is to be a multi-disciplinary marketer - moving fluidly between developing strategy, video storytelling/multimedia content creation, and execution to support our company and our customers (Real Estate Agents).The ideal candidate is a video-first creator capable of planning, filming, and editing engaging short and long-form video content to support our company and real estate agents. While video production is the core focus of this position, the specialist will also support digital graphic design, social media scheduling, and internal brand communications as secondary responsibilities.
