PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Sr Director, Consumer Credit Card Strategy at our Tysons, Virginia location. The primary purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end development and implementation of credit strategy/policy and conduct credit risk monitoring & analytics for Credit Card and Deposits Overdraft products.

This position will contribute to setting up strategic goal / credit agenda and managing a team of managers & analysts. This position plays a critical role in enhancing credit risk strategy and management ecosystem to enable sustainable and resilient Credit Card business growth, including achieving business goal within risk appetite, optimizing targeting & acquisition credit strategy, mitigate credit abuse and portfolio risk, enhance lending program economics, and support member retention / engagement.

The incumbent will partner closely with Consumer Lending product team and other key stakeholders across Consumer Banking and Enterprise teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the inherent risk and performance drivers of Credit Card / Overdraft business as well as direct experience in developing credit policy/strategy. PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) PenFed Home Purchase Advisor at our Phoenix, Arizona location.  The PenFed Home Purchase Advisor serves members seeking home-related financial solutions and plays a dual role as a trusted home purchase advisor and mortgage loan officer. This position is responsible for identifying member needs, deepening their relationship with PenFed, and delivering an integrated lending and real estate experience. This role conducts a home buying needs assessment, provides mortgage consultations, completes preapprovals, originates full mortgage applications, and guides members through the mortgage process from initial inquiry through funding. In addition they are able to to provide qualified referrals to PenFed Realty. Success requires exceptional communication, strong mortgage acumen (supported through training), and a member-first mindset that ensures each member receives personalized guidance across all PenFed Home offerings.

PenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Mortgage Servicing Loan Care Representative at our San Antonio, Texas service center.  The primary purpose of this job is to provide best-in-class member service by answering incoming calls from members regarding the servicing of their mortgage loans to include billing statements, escrow questions (tax, insurance, and escrow analysis), misapplied payments and other servicing functions while maintaining confidentially of member information. This is a fast-paced call center environment, so the candidate will be expected to take a high volume of calls daily.
